So here is a 'Dainty Sketch' textile brooch/pin.
A hand drawn sketch of a bee on vintage tea dyed cotton with it's own pretty repro 30's feedsack cotton frame.

The illustration and frame have been embellished with embroidery,vintage lace trim and glass pearls.

Is interlined with good quality quilter's wadding and is backed with white leather so is nice and sturdy but still lightweight to wear.

The brooch has been sewn by hand and the silver plated brooch plate has been sewn and glued to reinforce it. This has all been concealed at the back under the Gracie label.

Brooch measures 6.5cm x 5.5cm.

The overall look is nostalgically pretty and colours would definitely be suitable any season. Colours are purple,lilac,green,cream,white and gold.

Please note the image has been fixed however I would not recommend getting the brooch excessively wet.

Comes giftwrapped and would make a wonderful gift or treat for yourself.
