Inspired by a mosaic tile floor in a historic house. Layers of subtly coloured silk fabrics, machine stitched and cut back to reveal the different shades.

The textile piece measures about 12.5 cm x 18.5 cm (5” x 7.5”), and it’s attached to white mount board 18 cm x 24 cm (7” x 9.5”) – this fits a standard IKEA frame size.
