Inspiration

One of a few brooches, all one of a kind, came about after an accident cutting felt. After cutting a rather large flower shape I folded it in and added some other elements, then got a new obsession for buttons to put on them. Rummaging through my mums button box full of vintage buttons & buying new ones that grabbed me with their buttony charm, mainly from John Lewis. Bringing together ribbons and embellishments was lovely to work on with my various brooches.
