Inspiration

I have made this square polymer clay pendant using a technique called 'mokume gane'. This involves layering sheets of polymer clay - in this case purple and cream. Then a texture is impressed into the clay and gradually the raised texture is shaved away using a sharp blade. The colours underneath then reveal the pattern from the texture. No two sheets of polymer clay made this way will be quite the same resulting in unique pieces.
