Description
Two hand painted panels depicting the flower of a willow tree against a dark background form the covers of this zig zag (concertina ) book. 12 plain pages /24 sides of white 220gsm cartridge paper.
Suitable for all dry media Covers are 20 x 20 cm
Inspiration
This book started life as a painting but as the composition didn't quite work it had been put to one side until I was looking for some alternative materials for book covers. It seems rather radical to chop up a painting but it now makes an interesting book and the painted canvas is a strong surface for covers.
