Inspiration

I love painting water and had been wanting to paint a person in water for some time. I found a photo of my son snokeling in Greece a few years ago and felt this was the perfect opportunity to finally do it. The painting had to be adapted from the original photo as some of the colours weren't right, also I simplified the scene and enhanced the water colours.
