Approx 12cm x 7cm

I made the template for this leaf by drawing around a real leaf I found in my garden (we don't have an oak tree so it must have floated in on the wind!). I cut the shape out of a sheet of metal using tin snips, hammer in the veins with a chisel and then weld on the stalk and melt around the edge with my welding torch. The piece is then varnished.

All of my leaves are available with or without a little ladybird on them (please let me know what you want when you order). The ladybirds are made by adding a blob of weld which I then paint (although the leaves are always made using the same template I like to place the ladybird in different positions on each leaf).
