A very special little mirror, covered in a unique piece of beautiful linen fabric.

I hand dyed the linen using a stitch-resist technique called Karamatsu or Japanese Larch and an indigo vat.

The back of the mirror is lightly padded under the fabric, and there’s no plastic over the top, so it’s lovely to hold.

The mirror comes with its own pouch, made from off white felt. I’ve decorated this with a heart cut from the same indigo patterned linen and needle felted in so it blends subtly with the felt.

The mirror measures about 6cm (2.25”) diameter, and the pouch is about 7cm (2.75”) square when the flap is tucked in.
