A pretty flower brooch handmade using vintage maps. In the centre is a glass cabochon which can be personalized with any place name to create a unique brooch. A wonderful way to celebrate somewhere that has been important in your life.

Each brooch is approximately 2.5 inches across, or about 7cm. The brooch has a silver plated pin back. I coat the paper in clear permanent matt sealant to protect it from the elements and to preserve the natural texture of the paper. It also makes the paper resistant to tearing.

I can do almost all towns and cities around the globe, including North and South America, the UK, Australia and the Pacific Rim countries, Europe, India, China and the Middle East.

My map colours range from earthy golds and browns and soft greens to bright teal greens and sea blues, so let me know which sort of colour range you'd prefer.
