Description
Two large round Warm Red Handmade Ceramic Buttons – individually handformed from smooth white earthenware clay, then glazed with a rich warm red gloss glaze. After high firing in my kiln, the result is this subtle warm terracotta red with a lovely glossy natural finish.
These large round ceramic buttons measure a generous 4cm (1.6 inches) in diameter. They are glazed front and back, and each has two holes.
These unusual buttons would look perfect on chunky knits, or heavier materials – or as embellishments for felt or knitted hats, scarves or bags.
**Because all my ceramic buttons are handmade individually by me, one at a time, there are sometimes variations in the glaze, the pattern, the placing of the holes.**
