Silk Matka pantaloons / shorts from the Grotesque Carnival collection. Really lovely textured silk fabric which slubs in a soft brown shade. Pantaloon style with a large flared waist band with belt loops.
They do up at the side with a concealed zip.
They have 3 antique gold half circle shank buttons on the cuffs.
Really lovely item, great for a steam punk outfit or even for every day.

Process: Each Sample Remix item is made from scratch in her studio, right through from the pattern made to measure for the client, to the toiling process to ensure the fit is 100% right. Then each piece is lovely cut out of the highest quality fabric and sewn with great attention to detail.

Waist is: 26.5"
Hips are quiet a free size: 40" - I would suggest no bigger than 36" as they are meant to be baggy around this part.

As this is a silk item I recommend dry clean only, or a very cool soft hand wash then leave flat to dry.
