This ivory round fascinator hat base is made from a triple layer of stiffened sinamay millinery fabric and is the perfect size for fascinators and cocktail hats. Has a gentle curve that sits nicely on the head.
Can be attached to elastic, hair comb or headband for securing to the head (not included).
