This is the third year of making Dolly Peg Santas to sell at Ellie's Treasures. Each year the design is slightly different which makes them lovely keepsakes and collectables.

This year's dolly-peg Father Christmas carries a hessian sack with two little printed tags sewn onto green felt (of mixed shades on some dolls) that say "Christmas" and "Wishes".

Each doll has been hand painted red with black boots, has red wool covered pipecleaner arms, hand sewn deep red felt hat and fluffy white wadding beard. Each has his own little character, so totally unique.

The little bags are big enough to pop in your written Christmas wishes, a small gift or little wrapped chocolate (see the photographs for ideas).

The dolls have peg legs split as shown in picture two making them ideal for sitting on the Christmas tree. I shall also be listing dolls with legs split the other way making them ideal for holding cards on string or sitting on bunting.

Each doll measures approximately 13.5cm tall.
