This dainty little purse (measuring approx. 11 x 15cm) comes in an envelope-style, which closes with a magnetic clasp fastening just inside the centre of the front flap. 'Rosie' has a red silk main body and cream silk front flap, both of which I have stipple quilted. The front flap is finished with three little red ribbon-roses.

The silk dupion fabric I have used has a slubbed, slightly textured surface, which is characteristic of this type of silk. I have lined the purse throughout in gold satin fabric.
