I have an obsession with little glasses and I also love sewing, so I had an idea to combine the 2.
This pin cushion is made from a small sherry glass.
I have printed some fabric from an old postcard I own, featuring french text.The inside of the glass is full of stuffing.I then placed the printed fabric over the glass and tied it around the stem with a gorgous purple bow.To continue the french theme I have added a 3D charm of the Eiffel Tower to the ribbon.
This would make an ideal gift for any seamstress.
