DAISY CHAIN - Cashmere Art Piece
Description
This is a handmade textile art piece, which has been machine knitted and stretched over a wooden framed canvas. It has also been hand stitched into to create a daisy chain down the middle. The background has been knitted with burgandy cashmere and then stitched into with pink and green lambs wool and a beige recycled yarn. This is a sweet piece which is 20” x 8”. This piece has been made with a lot of love and care. x
Inspiration
My inspiration comes from the lovely environment around me. I take all my ideas and inspiration from the contrast between the natural and man-made environment and I am very lucky to live near beautiful countryside and beaches.
