This pretty Pink Patchwork Bag was inspired by a cotton dress in a patchwork pattern I recently bought at a vintage fayre, it was the material that drew me to it as it was so bright and colourful and before I had even got it home had so many ideas of how I could transform it into new items. I cut the material into squares and sewed them together to make the patchwork effect.

The bag is fully lined using a matching pink polycotton and is bound around the edges using a matching cotton binding.

To close the bag their is a strip of velcro and the front is finished off with 2 matching pink button sewn on.

The bag is approximately 24cm wide and 24cm high and the shoulder strap made from matching pink binding which is interfaced for extra strength is approximately 83cm from one end to another.
