Size medium - will fit an average head size of 22.5"
size large - to fit up to 23.5"
size x large - to fit up to 24.5"

To measure your head simply use a soft tape, start at the forehead work towards the nape of the neck where a hat would naturally fall and then back towards the forehead. Do this 3 times and take the average - simple!
