Original lino print "A Single Cloud at Danes Dyke Beach"

Dane's Dyke Beach is on the little bit of the Yorkshire Wolds that juts out into the North Sea at Flamborough Head. It is made up of fabulously tactile chalky bolders that are riddled with holes like a swiss cheese and can be picked up like bowling balls. It also has a good stretch of sand and the sea seems to hold some of the chalky essence of this part of the world.

This is a two colour lino print printed in soft chalky blue and grey. The printed area measures 25x18cm and the paper is approximately 29x22cm. This is an edition of 45.

These items are hand-printed and so vary slightly depending on ink density, character of the paper, pressure of the press and the way the wind blows (ok, maybe not the last bit).
