For full spooky style, add this banner to your halloween birthday bash

Each panel is 14cm wide by 19cm high. The strung bunting measures just over 2m and reads "Happy Birthday" with a decorative panel in between and on the ends. The panels are attached to thin satin ribbon. If you would like additional text, please just contact me. The banner is handcut and assembled so please allow for the handmade touch and slight variations from the photos shown.
