Top off your sweet teddy bear's picnic or tea party with these beautiful party hats.

There are four different designs - you'll receive a mix of all unless you'd prefer specific ones, just let me know. Each hat is topped with a handmade tissue paper bobble and held in place with elastic. If you prefer personalised hats, please just contact me. These hats are handcut and assembled so please allow for the handmade touch and slight variations from the photos shown.
