This button measures around 4 1/2" or 110mm and is definitely a one-off. The little piece of spalted burr oak I'd saved for ages, just needed to be shown off & I thought this was the best way.

I've seen them used as a feature on a scarf or bag and they'd be just great as a feature on a woollen hat.

Also... just recently I have been asked for sets of giant buttons to make wall decorations in the buyers' sewing rooms!
