Due to our personalisation service, we cannot refund orders for any other reason other than being damaged.

Damage in transit must be notified within 24 hours of receipt. If products are faulty they should be returned within 7 days of receipt and the reason(s) for returning the good(s) should be clearly stated. BabyKeepBox.com will pay for the postage. Customers will be offered either replacement good(s) or money refunded.
