Who is Madame Lucie Gerard, you ask? Well, I don't know. But she is beautiful and she deserves to be featured on this restyled suede bag! This suede bag was originally orange, but I painted it a shade of burnt siena for a more antique and aged look. The photo of Madame Lucie was transferred onto heavy cotton fabric, which I embellished with a beautiful vintage handmade lace trim and bronze coloured sequins. Then I gave Madame Lucie herself a makeover : painted lips and cheeks, a beautiful rhinestone necklace, pink lace collar and a beautiful flower on her hat. Madame Lucie is ready to go out...and so are you!
