A 1940's hair snood handcrochet by me in a quality Jaeger pure wool. This crepe yarn is ideal for clearly showing the stitch pattern, even after repeated washing.

The front band has the twin row diamante trim which is slightly elasticated and the sides and back are elasticated ensuring a good all-round fit.
