This piece of wood came from a beach in Greece some 10 years or so ago. It is quite sound, not like drift wood and fairly dense. I am not sure what it is - perhaps olive wood? One side has been sawn the other is natural with a few knotty bits and branch stumps. Its approx. 28cm long, 5-8cm wide and variable depth. I am sure someone can make great use of its potential - unfortunately that person is not me.
