This gorgeous santa hat is knitted in a bright red acrylic yarn with a lurex thread running through it. The main part is knitted in a rib stitch to ensure that it will stretch to encompass all sizes. The brim is crocheted in a white feathery yarn. The white yarn is acrylic and with it`s feathery effect, very soft and warm. The bobble is crocheted in the same white feathery yarn. I decided to crochet the bobble rather than make it in the usual way as sometimes pieces of yarn start coming out of th bobbles and then often the rest soon follows.
The bobble is crocheted in a round ball and has a hollow centre to ensure it`s not too weighty.
This is a Santa hat with added sparkle!
