Custom made hand stitched pet portrait on heavyweight card. I custom stitch these portraits entirely by hand using a variety of stitches and techniques. The reverse of the stitching is covered by card so you can't see any threads.

The examples shown use only a few colours each yet are effective at capturing the personalities of the kitties. Stitching techniques will vary for each portrait, but I'll definitely bring out the best side of your precious pet.

If you'd like me to stitch an animal that isn't your pet, as long as you hold copyright on the photo then I can stitch that too!

Some people have asked me what software I use to help create these portraits. The simple answer is - I don't. I just have an eye for these things (plus I'm not the most tech-savvy person!) From start to finish I do everything by hand.

How to order:
I'll need you to provide me with at least 2 high resolution photos of your pet. Backgrounds aren't important, but good lighting is. I need to be able to see the colouring of your pet to select the most appropriate colours. I'll need to know what colour card you'd like. I don't see the point in listing every colour card under the sun - let me know what you'd prefer and I'll reply back with whether I have it! Simple as that.

Please allow 4 weeks for me to complete & ship the portrait. Depending on my schedule, I may or may not be able to do rush orders - just ask me in advance!
