These double sided white elastic hat bands have metal prongs on both sides for piercing into the hat base or headband for a secure hold without having to sew!
The elastic is not a bright white but a nice shiny white colour. Much more luxurious than plain white elastic!
Each 2mm wide elastic band measures 11 3/4" (30cm) in length and is perfect for hats and fascinators. You will receive 5 pieces.
