Not only is this handmade gemstone necklace unique and one of a kind, it is also being sold in aid of charity. Really you can't lose! Large chunks of rose quartz which look like coconut ice (not that I always think of sweets or anything!) are combined with turquoise howlite gemstones in sky blue, bronzite in deep gold and browns and handcrafted wire wrapping in antique bronze and glass lampwork beads which combine all three colours of pink, blue and gold. There is a lot going on here, and it is all finished with antique bronze chain and clasps.

Bead soup party challenge proceeds are going to the Breast Cancer Care campaign. This necklace has been made as part of the Folksy bead soup party challenge. Shops that are taking part had the challenge of creating some jewellery with 10 beads sent by another FOLKSY shop and adding their own beads to it to create a beautiful item to sell with all the proceeds going to Breast Cancer Care UK.

The necklace comes gift wrapped and within a tarnish resistant pouch. I recommend you store it in the pouch or a tarnish resistant jewellery box to maintain the shine of the metal components. The stones and clasp will also benefit from a quick polish with a soft dry cloth after wearing to maintain their shine.
