This cocktail hat is inspired by the stripey sun shades at Biarritz Grande Plage!

I have adorned a red fascinator base with a collection of bows.
There's a large stripey one with diamantie` decoration and three little ones for good measure!
A red dotty birdcage veil completes the look.
