Handmade Ceramic Buttons, Square, Iridescent Green x2
Description
I made these two ceramic clay buttons from white earthenware clay, which I formed and textured by hand, before glazing in two phases: the first was a rich deep bottle green, and after firing that I applied another iridescent glaze. After firing, the result is this beautiful rich deep green with an almost metallic sheen.
These ceramic buttons measure 2.7cm (1.1 inches) across, and are glazed front and back. Each has two holes.
They would be perfect for craft project embellishments, or for your knitting or needlework.
