Valley of Dolls - a crafty zine full of guest projects, interviews, artwork etc (b/w edition)
Description
Valley of Dolls started as one idea then morphed into something else entirely, as I received all kinds of fascinating contributions came from the various artists & crafters I chatted with. It is a stitch-bound A5 zine with 20 pages, printed on recycled paper.
This edition is printed in black & white to save on production costs but still with all the same great content. However, if you prefer the glorious technicolour version, please see my other listings.

Inspiration
I just wanted to explore some of the different types & mythologies of handcrafted dolls that are out there - because there are many! The contributions that came in were fascinating & an entirely different picture than I had imagined emerged by the end. I didn't much enjoy the aspect of collation, though, and think I will stick with occasional guest spots for future zines, rather than compilations.
