This unique ring is made from an old broken skateboard deck. Skateboards are made from a 7 ply Canadian maple with a coloured outer layer. The main body of the ring features the multi-stripe wood section of the deck

The outer edges have been hand sanded and sealed with clear polyurethane varnish which preserves the natural colours in the wood.

This ring is 20 mm in diameter with a 18.5 mm opening an adult size R. the width is 1 cm in width. If you would like a custom size please message me for more details.

I belong to a family of skaters and I have an abundance of old broken and un-used skateboards laying around my house. My husband has mounted some in our house and is also making garden gates, chairs and tables out of the whole ones. I have bagsied the broken pieces to create this wonderful line of jewellery.
