Add a little elegance and colour to an outfit with this pretty red poppy necklace. A handmade glass flower is teamed with chunky red wooden beads, lengths of silver plated chain, striking silver plated hoops and a selection of red and black glass beads.

I created the flower from red glass drop beads woven together with beading wire, and embellished with black seed beads. A black faceted glass bead forms the centre.

The necklace measures approximately 19 1/2 inches top to bottom, and the flower measures 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
