This table lamp is hand spun from my studio in Chester. The shade is made from 100% white cotton thread of the best quality and produced in Britain. The unique textile process used to make this item results in the web-like quality and makes the perfect light and airy shade.

The thread is soaked in a strong resin which holds the fibers in their form, providing an invisible structure to the shade. The loose weave and fine fibers allow a lot of light into the room which is pleasantly diffused through the shade, illuminating the individual threads from behind.

This is a contemporary and beautiful piece of lighting that would add an elegant and modern touch to your room.

The table lamp base has a standard UK screw bulb fitting, a UK plug and inline switch. To prevent heat damage to the shade please only use energy saving light bulbs with this item.

The shade and stand are approximately 30cm tall with a diameter of about 40cm.

Each item in my shop is made to order so please allow a week for me to make and deliver your lamp.
