This is a 'One of a Kind' acrylic painting inspired around a lovely piece of Libyan Desert Glass or also known as Libyan Glass Tektite.It represents Heat,Force and Energy!

After holding it for a while,I became a little 'warm' and I visualised it hurtling towards earth at great speed before colliding in a desert near Egypt.It is a very old stone,approximately 28.5 million years in fact!

I have painted on an 8x8inch canvas,then varnished with matt spray for an even coverage.Gold wire wrap has been used to hold the tektite!

I have signed and dated on the back of the canvas,so that it can be hung up any way you like.
I haven't attached a hanging wire,for this reason.But if you would like it attached I will do this free of charge on request.
Each canvas comes with it's write up about the painting and the stones I use.

Please bare in mind,that the actual painting is much more colourful than the photos show.The background colour is a richer yellow,the rest is even more richer,with deep reds,orange,gold and copper metallic paints.
